Cranberries. I have lots and lots of cranberries. what was I thinking?
so...any ideas for recipes?

I tried mushing them with water and honey. kind of ok. I suck at the creative cooking thing. so I thought you all might have some ideas.

thank you.

I happen to really like cranberry compotes especially when flavored with citrus. Here's one recipe:

Orange Cranberry Compote
8 ounces frozen cranberries
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
Orange zest for garnish

Method of Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepot and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer for approximately 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently or until cranberries begin to break down and liquid evaporates.
3. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
